Registration Process

The new Online Registration System has undergone rigorous testing and a few quirks were discovered with the system.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING

FAMI will be following its standard, shared accommodation process of 2 to 4 people per room based on room size (please see the Accommodation Section of the page for additional info on roommates).   No proof of COVID vaccination is required by FAMI or our host camp facility to attend the FAMI Camps.  At the time of registration wearing face masks is not required. Masks are welcomed and will be respected should someone choose to wear one.  We recognize COVID guidelines/protocols from Alberta Health Services and our host camp facility may change from the time of registration to when the FAMI Camp is held.  FAMI is committed to honouring changes if they occur.

Please find below a waiver that each camp attendee must accept and agree to as part of their registration process:

I am aware that failure to comply with the event’s COVID-19 policies and/or other safety protocols and those of the host camp facility, Alberta Health Services, or any other party imparting such rules will result in a warning and/or removal from the event at the discretion of event organizers. Refunds will not be issued if removed from the event for failure to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols.

PLEASE DO NOT attend camp if you have symptoms of any illness!!

Accommodation & Meals

Sleeping rooms are available in various buildings throughout the camp and are dorm room style bunk beds with foam mattresses.  Please provide your own sleeping bag/bedding, pillow and towels. Room allocation is on a first registered basis and compatibility.  Accommodations are shared so register early as a group to improve your changes of getting your choice of roommates.

Due to space limitations, we cannot guarantee private rooms for individuals or couples.
