Cancellation Policy

FAMI revamped its Cancellation Policy to encourage those who need to cancel to do so with more notice. This allows FAMI to effectively use the Wait List and maximize the number of people able to attend.

For the purpose of calculating the cancellation time frames below, the “event start” is deemed to be 5 PM on the first day of the event.

For Instructional Camps

  • For cancellations received up to 21 days prior to event start there will be a $35.00 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
  • For cancellations received 8 – 20 days prior to event start there will be a $75.00 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
  • For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to event start there will be No Refund.

For Jam Camp

  • For cancellations received up to 14 days prior to event start there will be a $25.00 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
  • For cancellations received 8 – 13 days prior to event start there will be a $50.00 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
  • For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to event start there will be No Refund.

For Bursary Applicants

For Bursary Applicants attending any of FAMI camps the Cancellation Policy is:

  • For cancellations received up to 7 days prior to event start there will be a $10.00 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
  • For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to event start there will be No Refund.

Please note: cancellations due to Covid will be refunded in full.  Do Not attend camp if you have symptons of any illness.
